At Audio Trader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most electronics in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
